Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1483.                                                            
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 140(JUD) "An Act                                                                      
classifying certain substances as schedule IIA controlled substances                                                            
and providing penalties relating to those substances; and providing for

Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
